THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of private family law matters including divorce and finance, children matters and domestic abuse cases. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with previous experience managing private family law matters independently. You should be confident handling a varied caseload within a busy and client-focused environment and possess strong organisational and communication skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, good IT proficiency and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team. A professional yet approachable manner is essential, alongside a willingness to undertake advocacy and manage both Legal Aid and privately funded matters.
