An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and expanding dispute resolution team based in Surrey. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including neighbour disputes, employment-related disputes and general civil litigation work. This is a broad role offering exposure to a diverse range of contentious matters, although no personal injury work is involved. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will become an integral part of a busy and growing team and will be expected to manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least three years' PQE and solid experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters. The firm is seeking someone capable of hitting the ground running, with strong organisational skills, excellent client care abilities and a proactive, commercial approach to dispute resolution work. Candidates should be confident managing their own files and working directly with clients.
