THE ROLE: The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, with a particular focus on trusts, Inheritance Tax (IHT) matters, and medium to high value probate matters. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of private client issues, delivering tailored and practical legal solutions, and handling complex estates with professionalism and sensitivity.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and strong hands-on experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. You will be confident managing probate and trust work independently, demonstrating sound technical knowledge and excellent client care skills.
