- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain robust financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, analyse financial performance, investigate budget variances and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
- Handle quarterly VAT returns and support annual financial and SRA audits.
- Improve financial systems and processes.
- Lead the finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the firm.
- Support the ongoing development of the finance function.

- Minimum five years of relevant finance experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
