Seeking a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to develop career within a supportive and forwardâthinking team handling a broad range of highâquality corporate and commercial matters.
Advise a varied client base including SMEs, ownerâmanaged businesses and larger corporate organisations. Responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

SKILLS REQUIRED
