THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and secured lending and general commercial property advisory work.
- You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach.
