The Firm

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages and refinances
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process while maintaining excellent client care standards.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' PQE
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
