Role:
- We’re looking for a Legal Executive with a minimum of one year’s Private Client / Probate experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services.
- Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution.
- Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralegals.
About You:
- Legal Counsel / Legal Executive / Lawyer with a minimum of one year’s experience in probate or private client law.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is excited by the future of legal services.
- A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end probate and estate administration cases.
