\nThe Opportunity
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play an important role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Managing a broad range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance tax planning and Trusts
\n• Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients.
\n• Handling matters from instruction through to completion.
\n• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
\n• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department.
\n
\nCandidate Requirements
\n• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
\n• Experience handling private client matters independently.
\n• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration.
\n• Excellent client care and communication skills.
\n• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
\n• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
