A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to lead its West Sussex office. You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and private children law cases. Alongside handling your own files, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and development of the firm's family law practice.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and a strong track record in handling a broad range of family law matters. You will possess excellent technical expertise across private family law, including financial remedy proceedings, children matters, and complex, high-value disputes.

The successful candidate will have previous leadership or supervisory experience, outstanding communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload independently.
