THE ROLE:
- You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business disputes, acting for an impressive client base that includes corporates, SMEs, partnerships, and individuals.
- The role will involve advising clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence, and property-related disputes, and representing them in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
- You will also play a key role in supporting the wider Commercial Litigation team, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to the department’s business development and client care objectives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
- You will work well within a team environment.
