The growing private client team of this Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work. Working on a broad range of matters you will be dealing with Court of Protection applications, advising clients on challenging Court of Protection applications, advising statutory wills, deputyships and advising attorneys and deputies on their duties and responsibilities. You will also be advising on elderly and vulnerable client work such as capacity assessments in relation to Wills, powers of attorney, gifts and associated matters.
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 6+ years' PQE, with substantial experience in Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong technical expertise who is enthusiastic about developing and mentoring a team and contributing to the continued growth of the department. You will be confident handling complex and sensitive client matters and possess the ability to manage, mentor and develop a team as well as be proactive in business development and helping grow the department.
