The team requires a Solicitor who can advise on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and professional negligence to name but a few matters. Boosting specialists who have experience in a variety of litigation matters, the firm are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and provide support to the partners and other solicitors within the team.
You will have the gravitas to come in from day one and get stuck in with the busy caseload as well as undertake business development to develop further business for the department. Ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have at least circa 3 years' experience in dealing with all types of commercial litigation including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency and a variety of other matters associated with commercial litigation.
