You will work on a broad range of corporate finance matters, advising businesses, lenders and investors on transactions including: Acquisition and development finance; Investment and private equity transactions; Share and asset acquisitions and disposals; General corporate and commercial matters. The successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years' PQE and have solid experience in corporate finance work within a recognised commercial law team.
