THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a successful and expanding property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of service to a broad client base. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions.
- Conducting title investigations and property searches.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Providing practical legal advice and maintaining high levels of client care.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently. You will demonstrate:
