- As Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team's continued success, providing strategic leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and client care.
- This is a varied leadership position combining technical legal work, people management and business development.
- You will oversee a successful department located across several offices, ensuring the team delivers consistently high standards of service while supporting its ongoing growth and development.
- Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain your own portfolio of private client matters, advising individuals and families on a broad range of issues including wills, estate administration, trusts, tax and succession planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
SKILLS REQUIRED
