An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a successful and expanding property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a high standard of service to a broad client base.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions.
  • Conducting title investigations and property searches.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
  • Providing practical legal advice and maintaining high levels of client care.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently. You will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using case management systems and legal technology.
