Real Estate Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Oxfordshire, £60,000–£70,000 DOE.

\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Oxfordshire.

Working with a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, and development projects. n Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience in commercial property law.

You will have a solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters, investment work, secured lending, or development transactions, together with excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness.

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload, building lasting client relationships, and working collaboratively within a supportive team. n This is an opportunity to join a progressive Top 100 UK law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional legal services and investing in its people.
