A Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 3+ years’ experience is sought for a part-time, fixed-term role offering flexible hybrid working in Hertfordshire. The position involves managing a caseload of approximately 30 claimant matters, including misdiagnosis claims, psychiatric injury matters, and fatal accident claims.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Gathering and analysing evidence
- Identifying legal issues
- Preparing schedules of loss, witness statements, and Particulars of Claim
- Instructing Counsel and medical experts
- Liaising with defendants
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care throughout the litigation process
Applications are open to qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling claimant Clinical Negligence matters. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, possess excellent organisational and IT skills, and demonstrate strong technical knowledge across Clinical Negligence work.
