A Dispute Resolution team is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to support its next phase of growth. The role is intended as a senior appointment, with scope for partnership either immediately or as part of a clear progression plan. The successful candidate will have at least four years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in commercial disputes.
The position offers a high level of autonomy, alongside the opportunity to work collaboratively on complex, high-value matters while continuing to build a personal practice. The work will span a broad range of contentious issues, including corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual claims, insolvency-related litigation and professional negligence.
Experience in areas such as injunctive relief, post-termination restrictions, warranty claims or international disputes would be advantageous, though not essential. This role would suit a commercially driven lawyer who is comfortable managing their own caseload, contributing strategically to matters, and supporting the development of more junior team members. An existing client following or demonstrable ability to generate work will be beneficial.
This is an opportunity to take on a senior role within an established disputes practice, with genuine scope for long-term progression and influence over the future direction of the team.
At eNL we value diversity and inclusion. We want to attract people at all levels and encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates whatever your ethnicity, religion, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristics protected by law in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
