An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Litigator to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation team recognised within the Legal 500 UK 2026 rankings as one of the leading Commercial Litigation teams in the West Midlands.
THE ROLE: The appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive will join an established and supportive team based in Walsall, handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters. You will be expected to independently handle files, manage court and client deadlines, draft legal proceedings and court documentation, prepare instructions to Counsel and confidently quote and scope work for clients. Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with circa 2–3 years’ experience within commercial litigation or dispute resolution. You will possess strong technical and organisational skills together with the ability to work independently within a busy litigation environment.
