The Role
As part of a busy and growing corporate team, you will manage your own varied caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters. The work will include:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance and advisory matters
- Corporate restructures
- Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
- Assisting on complex transactions and due diligence exercises
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering a high standard of client service
Working closely with experienced lawyers, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and further develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE who can demonstrate:
- Experience in corporate law, or a genuine enthusiasm to develop within this area
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong drafting and technical abilities
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused mindset
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
