Job Ref: TL5186 Join an established and growing Corporate & Commercial team, advising a diverse range of businesses from owner-managed companies and SMEs through to larger corporate organisations. You will handle a broad and varied caseload a of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities will include advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. You will also have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing, consultancy and trading agreements. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in Corporate & Commercial Law. Candidates at a variety of PQE levels will be considered, provided they can demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent client-care skills.
