A respected law firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its expanding Sheffield office.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property matters while developing your career within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

The Role You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and growing client base.

Your work will include: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.

Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters.

Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the conveyancing process.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.

Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

The Candidate Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.

The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload.

Excellent client care and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
