We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding property department. Whether you’re a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer, if you’re confident managing your own caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion to include sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
- It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work within a team environment.
