JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: Up to £50,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
\n An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join an established and successful property team in Merseyside.
\n You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while providing a high standard of client care throughout. The role will involve dealing with a range of residential property transactions, keeping clients updated at each stage and liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate file records, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant professional requirements.
\n There will also be opportunities to support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development of the wider property team, alongside involvement in networking and business development activity.
THE CANDIDATE:
\n Applications are invited from Residential Property Solicitors with experience managing their own conveyancing caseload.
\n You will have strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures, together with excellent client care and communication skills. The ability to manage a busy caseload independently, prioritise effectively and maintain strong attention to detail is essential.
