Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking to join a reputable and well-established law firm in one of Bristol’s most sought-after areas? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled lawyer to join our client’s respected residential property team.

Based in Bristol, this well-established practice is keen to hear from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who are looking for a new challenge. The property department is currently working to full capacity, and they have identified a need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload of files from start to finish. With work constantly being referred, the increase of instructions has prompted the firm to recruit an additional Residential Property Lawyer to undertake a full caseload involving sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy.

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers and also non-qualified fee earners who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling their own residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion. You must be used to working in an extremely busy environment and have a proven track record in handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion ideally.

Friendly working environment and competitive remuneration are on offer from this established Norfolk based practice along with hybrid working available.

At eNL we value diversity and inclusion. We want to attract people at all levels and encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates, whatever your ethnicity, religion, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristics protected by law in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
