Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable and well-established law firm?
As a member of the residential property team, you will manage a full and varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build transactions as well as help to buy matters. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, you will also be expected to deliver a high standard of service to both long-standing clients and new ones.
The candidate should be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be confident in handling matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. Well-organised with excellent attention to detail, you will be client-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The appointed Conveyancing Fee Earner will be comfortable working within a fast-paced collaborative environment.
