A highly regarded and well-connected Cheshire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team.

The Role:

You will be joining a close-knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support. Work will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Easements, transfers of equity
  • Dealing with some planning and environmental
  • Lease extensions and related transactions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
