Are you a commercial property solicitor with a passion for land acquisition and residential development? A leading UK practice is looking for a Solicitor to join their high-performing development team. You will be involved in:

• Strategic land acquisitions and disposals
• Development agreements, collaboration structures, and funding arrangements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong post-qualification experience in commercial property or development law
• Experience with residential development clients is a bonus, but not essential
