This role offers the opportunity to join a busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team, managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle matters such as freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and stamp duty, alongside title checks, searches, and enquiries. The position also includes more complex leasehold and commercial work, including lease renewals, refinancing, and business acquisitions, with an active role in business development. Secretarial support is provided.
The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor (3+ years’ PQE) with strong residential conveyancing experience; commercial experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to manage a busy caseload, prioritise effectively, and work proactively with minimal supervision, while maintaining excellent client care skills and contributing positively within a team.
