You will join an experienced conveyancing team, supporting fee earners while also managing your own caseload (where appropriate). The role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to develop your experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
    • Supporting fee earners on files from instruction through to completion
    • Drafting legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence
    • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
    • Carrying out searches, preparing reports, and progressing transactions
    • Ensuring files are maintained in line with regulatory and procedural requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a residential conveyancing team (paralegal or legal assistant level)
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
