Residential Conveyancer – Locum, 3+ years’ experience, West Midlands, £40 per hour. A well-respected law firm is looking for an experienced locum conveyancer on an ongoing basis to support the team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity • The assignment will begin as soon as possible; therefore, applicants must have the availability to start immediately • The firm is seeking a confident locum who can hit the ground running, use various case management systems and manage own caseload without supervision• This role is available to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives• The role is full-time and predominantly office based with the option for 1 day working from home• This role will be accompanied by secretarial support eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
