- Caseload includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy.
- Must be confident handling a caseload independently and able to hit the ground running.
- Ongoing assignment to support increased workload, with an immediate start.
- Primarily office-based, with some flexibility considered.
- Applications are open to qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers.
