THE ROLE:

  • Provide clear, approachable and values-driven leadership to your team
  • Establish objectives and performance standards aligned with the firm’s overall strategy
  • Be accountable for departmental fee income, financial performance and profitability
  • Lead operational enhancements and oversee change initiatives
  • Uphold and continually improve standards of client care
  • Deliver strategic business projects and support the firm’s ongoing growth
  • Produce regular management information and performance reporting

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
