THE ROLE:
- Provide clear, approachable and values-driven leadership to your team
- Establish objectives and performance standards aligned with the firm’s overall strategy
- Be accountable for departmental fee income, financial performance and profitability
- Lead operational enhancements and oversee change initiatives
- Uphold and continually improve standards of client care
- Deliver strategic business projects and support the firm’s ongoing growth
