Residential Conveyancer, 5+ PQE, London, £55-65,000 (DOE). An exciting opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established residential property team at a Lexcel-accredited firm. JOB REF: 215302660

  • The firm are accepting applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 5 years’ PQE.
  • \\n\\t

  • You will take ownership of a varied and interesting conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
  • \\n\\t

  • The work will include residential sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release transactions, title checks for both freehold and leasehold properties, and the handling of transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers.
  • \\n\\t

  • You will play an active role in the development of the practice by building and nurturing client relationships and local contacts, cross-referring work to other departments, and providing training and mentoring to conveyancing assistants.
  • \\n\\t

  • The successful candidate will bring strong technical ability and hands-on experience in sales, purchases, and remortgages, with additional exposure to shared ownership leases, lease variations, new-build developments and Help to Buy schemes.
  • \\n\\t

  • The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a pension contribution, a financial bonus scheme, 26 days’ annual leave in addition to bank holidays, and an additional performance-based holiday bonus scheme.
