Candidate requirements

Suitable candidates should have at least 4 years’ PQE in real estate work gained in a regional or national law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a wide range of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals, investments, landlord & tenant, development work, and property management.
  • Advising developers, investors, and corporate occupiers across various industry sectors.
  • Managing your own files and working within larger deal teams on significant projects.
