Real Estate Finance Solicitor, 3+ PQE – Norwich – A leading regional law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer to join its specialist team in Norwich.
JOB TITLE: Real Estate Finance Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
• To work within a successful team where you will be working within a team of experienced lawyers
• Advising on the broad range of secured lending matters on behalf of banks and lenders
• Dealing with a high-volume caseload of secured lending transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
• 3+ years PQE in commercial and/or residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and / or interest in real estate finance
• Ability to manage transactions and contribute to team development
• Willingness to support business development and client care
• Newly qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role
