Location: Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days from home)

THE ROLE: We're looking for a Paralegal with a minimum of two years' experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services. The role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
  • Providing advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Working cross functionally with product, tech and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Handling sensitive client interactions with empathy, professionalism and clarity.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A Paralegal with a minimum of two years' experience in probate / private client work.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the future of legal services.
  • A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
