• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and extensive experience as a litigator and advisor.
• This impressive team advises investors, developers, owners and occupiers of real estate on how best to avoid, manage and resolve real estate issues and disputes.
• Previous exposure to the County Court, the Lands Tribunal and the First Tier Tribunal would be advantageous.
• You will have total autonomy to build and shape the practice as you choose to and will be supported by the team who welcome visionary and ambitious individuals into the practice.
