- Applications are sought from Private Wealth & Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- You will have strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills, including tax-efficient and trust-based structures, probate planning and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- You will also supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
- STEP qualification would be advantageous.
- It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
