The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor with 3β6 yearsβ PQE to join a growing team based in Kingston. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and work closely with colleagues on complex matters across:
- Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
- Administration of estates and trusts, including those with cross-border elements
- Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax issues
- Mental capacity advice and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- International estate planning and domicile matters
This role offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely for up to 40% of your time, and some travel to offices in London as client needs dictate.
About You:
- 3β6 yearsβ PQE in Private Client law, with solid experience across wills, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent academic background (ideally 2:1 or above)
