THE ROLE

The appointed Solicitor will advise international private clients on English & Welsh legal and UK tax matters, including UK relocation, international wealth structuring, trusts, succession planning, cross-border Wills, and UK asset transactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting Wills and trust documentation
  • Coordinating with advisers across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborating with private client and disputes teams
  • Managing ongoing client relationships
  • Supporting business development and practice growth

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years’ PQE in private client work, ideally with experience in offshore, international, or cross-border matters. You will bring strong expertise in advising high net worth and ultra high net worth international clients. STEP qualification is desirable, although a commitment to undertake a STEP qualification will also be considered. The role requires excellent technical ability, drafting precision, and strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. A proactive, commercially minded approach to business development and networking is also essential.
