You will join an established Private Client team, supporting fee earners while also managing your own caseload (where appropriate). The role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to develop your experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with a range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Trusts and tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Supporting solicitors on more complex cases
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
- Managing administrative tasks and progressing files efficiently
- Assisting with business development and maintaining client relationships
- Previous experience within a private client team (paralegal or legal assistant level)
