As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will play an integral role in supporting Solicitors within the department. This office-based position offers the opportunity to develop your career within a respected and collaborative legal practice.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing sale contract packs, managing the exchange of contracts and associated documentation and preparing and submitting SDLT returns. Your duties will also include handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters, liaising with clients, Solicitors and other third parties and providing both administrative and legal support to the wider team as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential conveyancing and a sound understanding of the full conveyancing process. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive, motivated and professional approach is key to success in this position.
