THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Paralegal with a minimum of one year’s experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services. The role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
- Providing advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
- Working cross functionally with product, tech and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.
- Handling sensitive client interactions with empathy, professionalism and clarity.
ABOUT YOU: A Paralegal with a minimum of one year’s experience in probate / private client work. Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is excited by the future of legal services. A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
