An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded team handling complex domestic and international real estate finance transactions. Acting for an impressive client base of banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, fund managers, corporate borrowers, and institutional clients, you will advise on a broad range of high-value financing matters from both lender and borrower perspectives.

Your work will include advising on acquisition and investment finance, development funding, structured lending, real estate aspects of corporate transactions and funding arrangements involving deferred consideration and overage. You will take a leading role in managing transactions, providing strategic advice to clients, and supporting the continued growth of the practice through business development and networking initiatives.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and a strong background in banking and finance, with particular expertise in real estate finance matters. You will have experience acting on complex lender and borrower transactions, be familiar with LMA documentation and possess excellent technical and commercial skills. The successful candidate will be confident leading matters, managing multidisciplinary teams and developing strong client relationships. An interest in business development and contributing to the ongoing success of a market-leading practice is essential.
