THE ROLE:
You'll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high-quality property litigation matters, including:
- Adverse possession
- Breaches of covenant
- Rights to light
- Professional negligence
- Boundary disputes and nuisance
- Rights of way and party wall issues
- Trespass and title disputes
- Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
- Lease renewals and termination
- Rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default
You'll be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
