THE ROLE:

You'll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a broad-ranging client base on complex and high-quality property litigation matters, including:

  • Adverse possession
  • Breaches of covenant
  • Rights to light
  • Professional negligence
  • Boundary disputes and nuisance
  • Rights of way and party wall issues
  • Trespass and title disputes
  • Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture and repossession
  • Lease renewals and termination
  • Rent reviews, service charge disputes, and tenant default

You'll be delivering strategic advice and tailored solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
