A standout opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a long-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in London and across the Home Counties. Full-time or part-time arrangement available.
Dating back to the 1800s, our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, including national businesses and a number of well-known brands. Due to a continual flow of instructions, the firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an ambitious solicitor from newly qualified level through to c.8 years' PQE.
The team handles a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work. Clients generate a significant volume of commercial lease matters, including the granting and taking of leases and licences, with many transactions being complex and high value. The firm also advises on the sale, acquisition, disposal and management of both freehold and leasehold properties. The practice has developed particular expertise acting for clients in the fast food and gym operator sectors, providing commercially focused advice to a range of established businesses and growing brands.
The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property matters gained within a reputable firm and will be confident managing transactions and client relationships. Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels between NQ and 8-9 years' PQE.
