THE ROLE:
You will play a leading role on major projects, overseeing and coordinating project management to ensure the seamless delivery of services, while also contributing to the design and implementation of innovative contract structures. Your responsibilities will include structuring, drafting, and negotiating high-value commercial contracts, incorporating complex financial and technical schedules, as well as advising on PFI expiry, variations, and future public-private partnership arrangements.
